Due to COVID-19 and the restrictions on gatherings, this will be a virtual meeting via ZOOM.

The Annual meeting includes the election of our officers: Regional Director, 1st Vice Director, 2nd Vice Director, Secretary and Treasurer.  At this meeting, DELEGATES will be given the chance to nominate from the floor for the officer positions.  No voting will take place at this meeting.  After the meeting the Nominating Committee Chair, Cindy Clinton, will be sending the ballot out via snail mail.
